For the last 20 years, Tom has gained leadership experience in Cybersecurity, Software, and Outsourcing industries, building teams from 5 to 500+ employees and revenues exceeding $1 billion, spanning go-to-market models that have included extensive channel, OEM, and direct strategies to the Enterprise, including complex multi-year arrangements with values in excess of $250m.
He has led teams delivering on the outcomes clients believe they will gain through their technology purchases and has remodeled field sales organizations using Agile Scrum frameworks to span the gap between Customers and Software development. Tom has taken an active role in driving Broadcom Software Group's ESG agenda.
