Before he became CEO of Intertrust Group, Shankar was Chief Solutions Officer. This followed his role as CEO and co-founder of Viteos, a top ten US tech-enabled funds administrator acquired by Intertrust Group in 2019. He was previously the President and CEO of Silverline Technologies, an IT services company he led to its listing on the NYSE – the first Indian IT services company to do so.

A serial entrepreneur, growth equity investor, and business leader, Shankar is well-known in the community for discovering and mentoring high-potential executives. He has been profiled in Global Custodian and HFM Week magazine for his contributions to technology and outsourcing. Alongside his professional success, he is a powerful advocate for the education of the underprivileged through his role as a board member, active contributor, and influencer for organizations such as The Akanksha Education Fund.
