As a Business Development Manager and Sales Trainer, you will lead the expansion of our customer base. You will use your strategic social selling skills to educate prospective customers on the benefits and value of social selling and marketing with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will serve as a trusted adviser, share insights and continually seek opportunities for growth to make your customers as strong and successful as possible.
Socially sell into select companies to create a pipeline of opportunities.
Effectively communicate the Empire Selling value proposition to inspire companies to embrace a new method of selling and marketing.
Develop and execute strategic plans for the territory with reliable forecasting.
Exceed against weekly and monthly activity goals, and quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Train your customers in the Empire Selling methodology via classroom and remote sessions.
5+ years of relevant sales experience selling to Chief Revenue Officers (CROs) and Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs).
Strong and proven successful experience with social selling and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to surpass sales quotas.
Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business sales.
Proven history of overachieving quota and driving results in a high-growth company environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and forecasting skills.
Deep relationships with senior sales and marketing leadership.
Ability to train sales and marketing professionals in the Empire Selling methodology.
Ability to use competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors.
Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.
Ability to assess business opportunities, read prospective buyers and develop compelling strategies.
